Refund Terms

Our refund terms are designed to outline the guidelines and procedures for requesting refunds, exchanges, or returns for products/services purchased from us. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or exchange is necessary, and we aim to address such situations promptly and fairly.
Digital Goods Rights
Digital downloads are given their unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods, once you download the product we are not obliged by law to refund you, but due to our remote licensing system, we can offer refunds under certain conditions.
Time Limits
Refund requests must be made within 14-days of the purchase date. Beyond this timeframe, we will not be able to process your refund. If you wish to return the product, make sure you submit a request before the 14-days limit.
Eligible Products
Only paid products that use our licensing system are eligible for a refund, you can find out if it has a 14-day refund option on the product page below the name of the product.
Refund Exclusions
Certain products/services may be excluded from our standard refund policy due to their nature. This may include products sold with full source code. If you also previously downloaded a 14-day trial copy within 6-months, we will not be able to process a refund.
Reimbursement Fees
We charge a small fee which is taken off the refund amount, this is to cover the non-refundable payment that we paid when the transaction was processed by one of our payment providers, there is also charge a 5% admin fee made by us for the refund. We strongly recommend that you download a 14-day trial to test if it suits your needs before you go ahead and buy the product.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed once the refund has been processed.
Gift Voucher Refunds
You may request a refund with a gift voucher for the full price you paid, this is suitable for customers who plan to buy another product from our website in the future. Refunds with gift vouchers do not incur any refund fees. It is also not possible to request a refund for gift voucher exchanges.
