Credits and Account
MetaTrader Xen uses a pay-as-you-go balance. Chargeable AI work uses that credit, with cost depending on the model, source, conversation and generated output. Planning, review and repair can involve AI work as well as the initial build.
Check the balance before substantial requests and retain tested source to avoid unnecessary rebuilding. Accounts and balances are platform-specific; do not assume credit in another Xen product is available in MetaTrader Xen.
Introductory credit
Eligible new accounts can receive introductory credit. The current default offer is £5 for 48 hours, subject to eligibility checks and the offer shown for your account. Trial eligibility is separate from registration, so purchased credit can still be used when introductory access is unavailable.
A zero balance can mean credit was not awarded, was spent or expired. Review account information and the service notice before assuming the cause. Signing in does not create a fresh trial or extend an expired award. Report account errors with the displayed notice and account email, without passwords or payment details.
Purchase credit
Choose Top up, select an offered amount and continue to Stripe checkout. Credit is added after payment confirmation is verified. If the balance has not updated, inspect transaction history before paying again to avoid a duplicate purchase.
Read the Credit Terms and Refund Policy linked from the payment page. For a completed payment that remains missing, contact the address shown there with the account email and a non-sensitive payment reference. Never include card details or authentication codes.
Review and continue work
The Account page provides balance and transaction information. Use it when workspace credit is unclear or to confirm a top-up. If insufficient credit stops a request, keep the source and prompt before continuing after adding funds.
Keep changes focused and preserve useful snapshots. Do not remove tightly connected source just to shorten a request if that loses needed context. Choosing an AI Model and Projects, History and Export explain the controls for ongoing work.
